Honesty
Integrity
Gratitude
Humility
Bashar talks about the changes that are taking place in our world where we are going through different processes that are necessary to divest selves of belief systems that no longer align with who we prefer to be.
We wants to share with us a state of being that is important for us to generate for ourselves as often as possible. Every day if possible. This H.I.G.H. formula will help us to more easily deal with whatever comes up during during this transition.
This high vibrational formula actually represents different emotional states, different energy states that will allow us to remain grounded, yet also allow our consciousness to expand.
The first H stands for honesty. Bashar says it is of critical importance for us to express honesty in our lives. It’s not necessarily about not telling lies. It’s more about being honest with ourselves in our deep investigations of our belief systems. Not ignoring or glossing over, but allowing ourselves to be truly honest about our motivations, so that we can become much more transparent within ourselves and have more ease in discovering the belief systems that may be out of alignment with who we truly prefer to be.
Those are the belief systems and definitions that may be holding us back from moving forward as swiftly as smoothly as effortlessly as we possibly could.
It is about not being afraid to dig deeply, dive deeply within your own mental ability to assess yourself, to be all right with discovering the fears that may exist within your belief systems. In other words not being afraid to be afraid. And allowing ourselves to let go of those things that do not allow us to present ourselves in the world as our honest true self.
He says they understand that there can be circumstances where little white lies, to relate a kindness to someone, might actually be the kindest thing you can do. But it’s really about being honest within ourselves to know what is appropriate for us to communicate to ourselves and to others.
I stands for Integrity.
This is about being a holistic being, true to ourselves and understanding our ethical standards and morals and allowing ourselves to stick with them. Integrity is about not having contradictory belief systems within ourselves that allow us to act one way in one situation and a completely different way as a different person in another situation.
We should maintain the integrity of what we believe to be true about ourselves so that we can move forward in a holistic way. Not split, not in conflict. Not presenting more than one identity to others so they can understand clearly and more transparently who we truly are. Then they will understand who they are really in a relationship with.
That way we are not fooling them or changing our minds every second to confuse people as to what we stand for and who we are. Having integrity allows all of the aspects of our being to function harmoniously.
The G stands for gratitude for our life, for being who we are, for our existence. The true core of prayer is simply being in deep appreciation and gratitude for who we are, and even the things that manifest in our lives. Our challenges are things we may not prefer, but we should keep in mind that they are there manifesting for a reason that can serve us. We should always be in a state of appreciation and gratitude for what is in our lives, and not be focusing on what isn’t in our lives. See the Triple A formula
The final H stands for humility which is to remain grounded as we expand our consciousness.
Bashar says we should allow ourselves to remain on a level where we are relatable and allow others to be able to interact with us in a way where we are approachable. We can interact as an inviting individual, not pushing anything on anyone and not needing anyone to know anything in particular about whatever gift we have to give.
There will always be an audience if we have a gift to give. That is absolutely certain or we wouldn’t be excited about the gifts that we are giving from ourselves. Remain grounded and humble with the things that we are sharing. Stay centered and focused within ourselves and know that the importance is simply a reflection and the mirror for others to allow them to become more of who they are through their interactions with us.
That is the core of every relationship. For the other to allow themselves to become more of themselves even as they ideally choose to do that for you. In remaining humble we can as equals move forward with neither being greater or more valid than any other.
This idea of Honesty Integrity Gratitude and Humility forms a particular bubble state of vibrational frequencies and energies that will carry us through the years ahead and allow us to slip more smoothly through the coming changes so that eventually we can emerge as a being that is in synchronous harmony with itself and with all life around it.
Bashar says to allow ourselves to be known for who we truly are so that none will fear that we have any particular hidden agenda about expressing our creativity and passion in the world. We should strive to be of service to others. If we are true to ourselves then all will know who we are, and who they’re in a relationship with. Then they can benefit from the reflections that we give as the mirror in whatever relationships we form. Thus we invite others to do the same for us so with honesty, integrity, gratitude and humility.
Bashar extends to each and every one of us their deepest appreciation and unconditional love in moving forward together in harmony. In particular for allowing them to share this little formula which is very powerful.
