👉 A very simple technique when you start feeling that incompatible vibration of anxiety.
🎯 The most important thing I have learned from Bashar is to identify and deal with the cause of my experience. The blueprint is the source plan from which everything else flows. Our blueprints are our belief definitions. Seemingly by magic, they are mirrored into our daily experience.
🌈 Our beliefs that are in alignment with the truth of our nature, provide smooth experiences of synchronicity where good things automatically flow. But our beliefs that are wrong about our true nature give us experiences that are unpleasant. Most of these beliefs we have picked up from childhood, from our parents or others.
🎁 These unpleasant experiences are a message to us, telling us that something is off and needs to be addressed. Ever notice that you keep running into the same situations over and over? These energy patterns will persist until examined and replaced.
✅ In the middle of an unpleasant situation, ask yourself:
• “What would I have to believe is true about myself in this situation, that is causing me to feel, think, behave, or experience what I am experiencing?”
or
• “If I did in fact allow myself to be who I really prefer to be, what am I afraid might happen?”
✔️ With honest self-examination you will discover that your false beliefs seem silly or illogical. Once identified and examined, they can easily be replaced by more aligned beliefs. Positive affirmations and mantras help with this.
⭐ Your belief definitions are the blueprint, and you are free to change them to anything you want.
⭐ Your emotions are the builders of your reality.
⭐ Your thoughts are the building materials.
⭐ Your behaviors are the style in which the builders are building your experience.
⭐Your experience is you living in the experience that was built from the blueprint.
This is THE KEY to understanding our reality, yet most people don’t have a clue that life works this way.
