In this transmission, Bashar talks about two techniques that help us connect to our spirit guides.
βοΈ Take 15 quiet minutes, either in the morning or in the evening, whatever you prefer, and sit quietly with a journal, open up, and mentally ask questions of your spirit guides, writing down whatever you get.
Over the course of about two to three weeks, you’ll start seeing more coherence, more relevance, and more patterns in what you are writing.
You will start to realize that communication between you and your spirit team has always been going on. You have already been receiving information and communication from them, but simply haven’t always recognized it for what it was. You will start to see more clarity.
Just write whatever comes into your mind. You may receive information that will truly guide and illuminate you, and truly make you clearer about what you have chosen and why you have chosen to be physical at this time.
What works great for me at this time is to listen to Beethoven, Symphony No. 7, Movement 2, the first 3 minutes. I have found the music acts as a carrier wave, bringing me answers.
πΏ Another technique is when you are immersed in comfortable, warm water, either in a bath or in a shower. Immersion in water in some way, shape, or form can also open up many different avenues of psychic ability, telepathic functioning, and receiving communications from spirit.
Ask your questions. Be silent, be calm, and see what you get. Many times, you will find that showers are like meditation chambers.
No judgment, no analysis. Get your analytical mind out of the way. Just relax into it and melt into the water. Just feel yourself melting and dissolving into the warm water. This can add an extra enhancement ability for you to perceive what it is that your spirit team may be sending you.
β We will talk about other, more advanced techniques at another time, but for now, we would encourage you to begin with this if you really wish to open up a line of communication between you and your spirit team.
