Life span

In response to a question, Bashar discusses human lifespan.

He explains that the more we live in the moment, the less time we are creating and therefore we are not aging as much.. That is experienced by us as living longer.

When we do what we love and feel like only one half hour has passed, and then look at the clock and three hours have passed, we have only aged half an hour. Whatever we feel has passed is what we’ve aged. So the more we live in the moment the less we age and the longer we live.

Bashar says that our life spans will continue to increase and within the next 100 years, we will find that a 300 year lifespan will not be uncommon.

He explains that there are already a few individuals, mostly residing in indigenous cultures, who are well in excess of that age already. Existing right now.

He finishes by making this astonishing claim: The oldest living individual on our planet right now is approximately 1025. This is rare. Nevertheless they do exist.
