Bashar says that our experiences mirrors back to us our belief definitions. If this is true then life is a self correcting mechanism.
We assign meaning to the experiences we have, and develop beliefs about them. Those beliefs are mirrored back to us in further experiences.
To the degree our belief definitions match reality, life is good with multiple preferred synchronicities automatically flowing positive energy to us.
But if our beliefs don’t match reality, then that energy mismatch gets played out and reflected back to us. It’s most noticeable when we have repeating patterns of things that annoy us. That energy, habitually will never change until we take action to change it.
If we pay close attention, we can recognize the messages being sent to us, by our circumstances, by others, and by our bodies. Once we are aware of the message, we can fully understand the belief behind it, through honest self examination. Always ask yourself, “what am I believing to be true, for me to be experiencing this”.
Once fully examined, the false belief will seem silly. Then you can consciously choose another more aligned belief to replace it with. By making this new belief definition a often repeated affirmation, you can change the energy that was associated with that belief.
If on the other hand we ignore these repeated messages, then they don’t go away. In fact they get stronger and more frequent trying to get our attention. This can escolate until it manifests as illness in the body, to the point where we can’t ignore it. But if we just treat the symptoms and not the root cause, the imbalance persistst and the dis-ease or a similar one will reoccur at some point.
