Inspired by Bashar’s wisdom, here is daily self checklist I use to maintain my alignment with my higher self.
Everything is here and now.
Am I trying to get somewhere else?
Or am I tuning into what already exists but unseen?
Am I acting out of Excitement, Joy and Passion?
Or am I acting out of Anxiety?
Am I recognizing the differences?
Am I understanding the big themes and specific messages that are being reflected back to me by my current situation?
What am I believing that makes this so? What can I redefine my beliefs to, so as to be better?
Am I shining my unconditional Love and Acceptance onto all like the sun including all aspects of myself?
Everything is neutral. Am I assigning a positive meaning to this situation?
Am I understanding how my negative beliefs function? Do I understand the tricks they use to sustain their low level vibrations?
