Bashar tells us to not worry. Don’t react to the things that we don’t prefer. Even if something crops up in our lives we don’t prefer, it’s still there for a reason. We can use that in a positive way. Always assign a positive meaning to everything.

He says that we should make it part of our excitement. When things crop up we don’t prefer, it gives us an opportunity to see by contrast, what it is we do prefer more clearly. That’s how to use that experience in a positive way instead of simply matching the lower vibration of what we don’t prefer, by moping about it or feeling powerless about it.

The belief we should have is that nothing affects us until we agree to be affected. We are changing our own energy to match the frequencies of things that we believe are true. Bashar tells us to watch our definitions and create new definitions that work for us instead of just assuming that the ones that don’t work for us are facts that we cannot change.

The only facts that exists in our creation are the five facts he calls the Five Laws:

  1. We exist

2) Everything is here and now

3) The One is All the All are One.

4) What we put out is what we get back

5) Everything changes except the laws.

Everything else other than those facts, are not facts. They are perspectives. They are opinions. They are beliefs. And we can change every single one of those.
