A questioner asks Bashar why they are plagued with health problems. Here are some of the powerful ideas he relates in answering this profound issue.
One of the ways we can realize that we can be sound of Mind and Body simultaneously is to recognize that our mind and body really are not separate things.
This may not make mechanical sense to our outer consciousness; but if will let it sink in, we will realize a deeper understanding than what it may appear to be on the surface.
He explains that consciousness does not exist in the body. The body exists within our consciousness. We should learn to feel the difference. For if our body exists within our consciousness, then our body is only the product of the ideas and the beliefs at any given moment that we are creating our consciousness to be.
Through honest self examination, we should ask ourselves how does having the idea of imbalanced health serve us? If it no longer serves us, then recognize that the only reason we are holding on to it, is because of habit. Because of the way we have been taught to think.
Bashar goes on to explain that we are the creator of our own reality. If we are having a physical experience that we no longer prefer, then the only way that physical experience can continue, is if the beliefs continue. And it is usually only that we are used to those beliefs being the only beliefs we are familiar with.
He suggests we redefine our belief if the idea of ill health no longer serves us then.
We should allow ourselves to say: I make the conscious decision now to receive any information I need to receive, in the easiest possible way, along the path of least resistance. And therefore I will not have to create scenarios in my life that force me to look at things that I am refusing to look at, because I will not allow the information to come subtly.
This is such a key point. Dis-ease means we are not paying attention.
When we do not allow information to come to us subtly, then our body and consciousness will do whatever it has to do to get us to pay attention to the area of ourselves that we have created the message to come from. Many times this manifests as dis-ease. When we are absolutely focused on the idea that we are living in the moment, we are paying attention to the totality of ourselves.
When we pay attention to the totality of selves without needing the disease, we will not have it. Bashar says the idea is to homogenize ourselves and recognize that body and mind are one idea. We should not separate them any longer As strong as we find our minds to be, our body will follow suit.
Develop a strong feeling of what an idealized state of health would be like. Feel it for a moment and let it completely wash through our bodies. Feel what it would be like to be absolutely, perfectly in health. Let that sensation sink into every cell, every molecule, every atom, and the spaces between the atoms. Let it infuse itself in our energy field.
He reminds us that we know matter is energy and energy is matter. As soon as we allow ourselves to, melt back into energy, in our imagination, then we will be realigning the definition of ourselves with the ideal blueprint of perfect health.
Bashar suggests that we imagine yourselves to be the homogeneous blue white electromagnetic energy that our material is created from. Then in that state, impose upon that energy, the vibration of what we know it feels like to be in perfect health. Let our body recrystallize along the new template that we have imposed upon the energy that we are. And bit by bit, as many times as we need to do it, we will reconstruct ourselves according to that idea that we know represents our idealized state.
