Flash Dance

Remember that iconic scene from the movie Flash Dance where she is dancing and reaches up to pull a lever and water comes splashing down on her.

Now image that you have over your head, at all times, in your vibrational escrow (see Abraham-Hicks), a vast endless cache of liquid light energy of unconditional love and healing. It’s always there when you need it, in an emergency. Just reach up and pull the cord, and it will come cascading down on you and through you, offering healing and protection.

So imagine building up this reservoir, by sending it love and energy whenever you meditate. Be comforted by the fact you have created this protection for yourself.
