In this session Bashar is asked about how to navigate through the misuse of sexual energy.

He replies by saying that just about anything can be misused. All we have to do is to be authentic within ourselves and have the discernment to tell the difference when we are acting on something from excitement or acting out of anxiety. If we can determine which energy we are using, then as long as we are acting out of our true excitement and not anxiety, not negative or fear-based beliefs, then we can move forward in an authentic way and apply it however we wish.
