Bashar defines permission slips as any modality, a ritual, belief, object, action, practice, or tool that feels right to you, that enables you to realize your true self. To be in a space that’s safe for you to really express your abilities to be more of who you are.
We all have different belief systems. For some people, Religion provides a permission slip. That doesn’t work for me. That does not make it invalid for them.
Not all of Bashar’s permission slips resonate with me. But boy, the ones that do … it’s hard to find words to describe that transformative experience.
The power does not lie with the specific permission slip itself, but within us. The permission slip is just an excuse to allow ourselves to fully be our unique selves.
So there is no one best technique. The ones that feel right to you are the best for you.
Anything can be a permission slip, but here is a list of the more obvious ones that have been posted to this blog. This list is not in any order and may not be complete. New permission slips will be added as they are discovered.
